RARE CLOTH KIWI PATCH
-
Reserve met
- Closed: Fri 20 Oct 2006, 4:26 am
- Listing #: 73749955
These Kiwi patches are not embroided but rather screen-printed. In 1998-99, a Troop of New Zealand Gunners were posted to the Royal Horse Artillery in Bosnia. They had no form of NZ identification so one of the Gunners designed this badge and it was widely worn Incountry by the Kiwis. This is the first time this badge has come up for sale. (two for the price of one).
NOTE: Guaranteed Genuine.
PS, I forgot to mention, This Unit was the first ever New Zealand "Teeth Arms" Unit to serve in a war zone under the Command of a female Officer. Her name was Lieutenant Hayley Jane MAY (H996597), RNZA, MNZM.

Questions and answers
Hi There,
I made a mistake as I am new to Trade Me and when I fed the additional information about Lt Haley May, Trade Me made another entry.
However I do have another two of these patches so please feel free to bid. I am geeting the name of the Gunner who designed them later today.

do you have two listings of two patches or is this one a mistake?
