This is a beautifully glazed bottle with the typical drizzled blue which Rancich was noted for.The bottle stands 200 mm tall.There are no cracks to vase but the glaze has expanded and stuck the vase to its kiln shelf during firing.The excess glaze has been ground from the base so the vase sits flat.Accordingly no mark is visible.All that aside
this is a highly collectable piece of early Auckland pottery.It would date from around 1930.
