Rare.

This is a base/stand. It was the original base on a gas copper/boiler for heating water in a wash house in my old house. We removed it in the 1970's and it has been used as a plant stand outside for all these years.

Very likely to be made of Zinc aluminium, shows no detioration from being outside. Was painted originally a pale green, paint now well peeled off.

Has the manufacturers name 'Cromptons' moulded on two legs

Think outside of the square, this could be used as a plant stand, foot stool with funky padded cushion, garden art, something so rare it will be a talking point.
