About the Author

Sara Acton is an award-winning author and illustrator of children's picture books. Her first picture book Ben and Duck (Scholastic 2011) won the Children's Book Council of Australia Crichton Award for new illustrators in 2012. Her latest picture book Hold on Tight (Scholastic 2013) was released in June and Esther's Rainbow (Allen & Unwin 2013), her second book with author Kim Kane, is due to be released in October.
