Sail with Brad Butterworth - 1 Berth

Place your bids to join BRAD BUTTERWORTH as part of his crew on his classic yacht "Rainbow" (picture attached) and be a part of the inaugral Chopper Cup Regatta on Friday 13 November on the Waitemata Harbour!

"Rainbow" is a classic yacht built in 1898, constructed throughout of Kauri, and is 50 ft long with a beam of 9 ft and draft of 7 ft.

Racing will commence at 1.30 pm where you will line up with Brad and his new crew for a "once in a lifetime" experience of competitive yacht racing on the Harbour.

There are two single berths and 1 double available (three separate auctions), so get together with a couple of mates and put in a bid for this unique experience and in the process, support the Westpac Rescue Helicopter in its fundraising efforts. This auction is for ONE SINGLE BERTH.

PLEASE NOTE - you must be fully mobile to take advantage of this experience. Life jackets are supplied, but you will need to supply your own wet weather gear and non-marking footwear. It is not imperative that you know how to sail, but if you do you are welcome to join the crew in their work on the yacht.

ONE MORE THING - if, for any reason, the weather prevents the yachts from racing, the winner of this auction will still enjoy a sail around the harbour with Brad and crew and a nice lunch.
