Excellent service, right from the initial phone call to Rachel for an appointment!! Very friendly & informative. Sean was great, friendly, accomodating & efficient, doing the job quicker than expected, doing my 4 bedroom house, lounge suite & rug all in around 5 hours. Recommend this company to anyone, no cowboys here!!! Thank you.

Sean ans Steve are two very well organised guys. They know carpets, arrived on time and told me beforehand how they will treat stains and how long they would take. Everything was done according to plan. They even cleaned all my loose rugs and carpets and gave me solid advice. I would highly recommend them.
Both Sean and Steve were excellent, rushed to my house almost immediately even they were fully booked! Inspected my carpet and explained their action plan well before and after treatment. Carpet wasn't soaked like many others I tried, dried quickly. Although they are not the cheapest, but it worth every cent!!
