EXCELLENT. •*¨*:•..• Ross truly could teach a majority of business people how to operate in terms of his professionalism and customer service. He was utterly prompt, completely pleasant, the service faultless, price reasonable, and he went out of his way to respond to emails even during out of hours (and he has superb feedback). Was having trouble with my GHD's so emailed every repair service listed on TradeMe. Out of all of them these guys were the only ones to suggest a practical way for me to fix them at home first rather than simply quoting unnecessary amounts of money to have them sent off for a service. Will definately be coming back to them for any other enquiries. Thanks very much!
