YLOD on PS3's and RROD on XBOX360 (3redlight flash) is a very common fault on PS3 and XBOX360's.it is a dry joint on solder balls on Graphics processing unit.(GPU).
how You know you have received the YLOD: when the following occurs (Can also be seen here):
* You power on the console.
* The console starts up normally for about 2-3 seconds,
* The console beeps 3 times while flashing a faint yellow light,
* The console continues to flash a red light.
To fix this fix fault I use an intelligent and fully computerized state of the art BGA machine it heats up solder balls up to 217 degree (unleaded solder melting point) (figure A) at this point machine applies slight force to the BGA chip (Figure C) then the cooling system automatically cools down .
PS: GST included and GST receipt will be provided
90 days warranty on job done
PS: my service includes professional cleaning of inside and out using brush and air compressor, replacing poor quality GPU and CPU cooling paste with high quality “arctic siler5” and adjusting heat sink tension on “BGA chips”I also apply solder flux (no clean high quality) to prevent further dry joints.

I got the ylod problem fixed on my ps3. There was also a problem with the disc drive which he fixed while I stood and watched. It was obvious to me that this guy really knows his stuff. While talking to him he also mentioned that he's worked for both TVNZ and SONY. So definitely I recommend if you have a problem of any sort with a machine take it to this guy. Don’t get ripped off by anyone else, do yourself a favour and go see him.
