This is a First Edition book of a new translation by Tiina Nunnally printed in 2004
Many of the earlier translators didn't even know Danish and their work was based on the German versions.
This novel includes chronology, translators notes and a really interesting introduction about Hans Christian Anderson
This book is in perfect condition and I am sure it has never actually been read.
The cover is embossed back and front and the edges of the pages are gold.
It contains thirty of these author's famous stories.
