The basic unit can be installed as a plug in by DIY with full instructions included or by an electrician at an estimated cost $150 - $200.00 to hide the wires.

Further information:

System is based on Positive Pressure Ventilation System; effectively it performs this function by replacing existing humid air in the home/office by drier air from the roof cavity leaving the home space filled with new healthy air for better health no smell.
Recommended use is to activate the system for around 5 hours per day (average home 140 Sqm).

The fan, the thermostat and the 5 meter three pin plug are certified and issued with SDoC certificate.

Using differential thermostat with remote sensor in roof space will switch the system on when roof space is one degrees C higher then living space the fan and the fan starts replacing the damp air inside authomatically.
