The staff and animals here at SPCA Auckland are very excited to have been donated this amazing dog kennel!

This kennel was made by two boys; Reid and Chase, who wanted to do something to support the animals who do not have homes here at the SPCA Village.

With the help of their friend TK the boys drew up a plan for the house, approached Mitre 10 who donated wood and other materials and built the kennel from scratch.

The dog kennel features a large wooden deck, a roof that can be lifted up, stars and moons on the inside, and even its very own All Blacks flag so your dog can show its kiwi pride.

The boys even approached Animates who donated bedding, bowls and some yummy dog treats which will come with the kennel.

Reid and Chase now want to see this kennel auctioned to raise money for all the animals in need here at the SPCA Auckland.

All the staff and animals here would like to say a huge thank you to Reid, Chase, TK, Mitre 10 and Animates for their generosity!

Now we just need someone to bid generously and take the kennel home for their own much loved dog!
