Purchase a QV property report on Trade Me

Through Trade Me's partnership with QV, you are now able to purchase a QV property report for just $9.95 using your Trade Me account. This does not replace a full valuation but we hope that it will help you make an educated decision when evaluating a potential new home.

Below is a sample report which includes:

the property's sales history
recent sales in the area
the property's rating valuation
other local sales

To purchase a QV report for a property look out for the "Buy report" button, located at the bottom of a property listing (see below).

If you find that there is no button present on the bottom of a property listing, just head on over to our friends at QV, who will be able to provide you with a report.
