If you list both 'For sale' and 'Rental' listings:

Base rate $250 + $124 per 'For sale' listing
+ $34 per 'Rental' listing

The monthly base rate entitles the office to:
  • A substantial discount off standard property listing rates
  • Business for sale listings charged at a discounted rate of $49 per listing
  • Your company logo on all listings
  • A link to your company's website on all listings
  • Bulk uploading
  • Up-to-date, accessible reports on your listings
  • A dedicated account manager
  • Access to Property 0800 line (business hours)
