How Does it Work? Actually very simply: The mineral ball contains natural minerals baked at high temperatures into ceramic balls. As the water passes through the openings of the outer ball the ceramic balls are activated through friction ionising (splitting the water molecules) and reducing the surface tension of the water, raising the Ph level. This allows the softened water together with the motion of the machine to leave items clean, fresh and soft WITHOUT CHEMICALS. Detergents are not cleaning your clothes, just helping water to do its job and using perfumes to mask smells.
