| | Kept me informed about delivery , was great to see, bumper unfortunately has a small chip , due to shipping I'd assume , from other comments posted back , mayb you should rethink the packaging for your goods ??as when bought new , it's a shame to have damage

| | Sorry to hear it was damaged. Contact the Courier company - their Insurance covers loss and/or damage. As previously stated we cant be responsible for the way the couriers handle the goods once it leaves. Weve packaged our goods the same way for the last 15yrs with very few issues, If you look back through our feedback you'll see shipping damage is extremely rare.... |

| | poor quality and poor packaging resulting in item been snapped in half when delivered (i didnt sign for it it was just left on the doorstep and just wrapping in bubble wrap not to smart for a product like this took two weeks to get it not goning to wait another two for a replacement |

| | Item was delivered and SIGNED for - Fastway website confirms this. Item paid for on the 18th, shipped on the 26th - that's 5 working days (excluding ANZAC day) as per auction details. We ship all our kits in bubblewrap, perfectly fine for our products.We have no control over how its handled once its been shipped either... Wouldve been quite happy to refund or replace if you had bothered to contact us |
