| | Customer gave us a neutral because they didnt like their camera but had the opportunity to send this back with the 14 day money back offer,but they say they could not send back original packaging. Why would you destroy the packaging of something you want to return? Very unreasonable expectation to want your money back on something if its not in as sold condition, this was not a faulty product. The return procedure is on the invoice that is sent out by us on delivery. |

| | I did NOT want my $ back in the end.I kept the camera as it was cheap, but poor quality.Also, on enquiry about returning it, they explicitly state very defensively that camera must be in exactly as “sent” condition.That's fine, just warning other buyers about it if they buy & are let down like me.They are pushy about placing good feedback but I urge people to speak their mind PS: I still have the original packaging.Gd delivery & payment set-up but their product quality & customer service sucked |
