unacceptable time has gone by and item has still not arrived

Not very fair feedback, didn't bother to contact until I sent an email advising would have to relist action if no contact was made and got a reply back apologising and payment was made promptly. While may not accept my "excuse" about being in hospital it was not 1 month after payment, and hasn't contacted me yet about item not arriving otherwise I could have investigated it?? so very confused about this feedback. Wouldn't bother trading again.
