| | A disappointing trade overall - I was sent the wrong kind of Batmobile, and there was very little attempt to resolve my queries regarding this. The replies I received to my e-mails made no sense at all. Next, I learn he, has the audacity to place a negative feedback on me, because I simply reported back on his POOR handling of this trade. Go figure!
Overall, I would say this trader demonstrated very poor communication, and has a huge amount to learn about good customer service. |
