| | This trade did work out in the end. The sellers agent even rang from Australia to sort it out, which I was grateful for. Trade was exceptionally long. Trader kept asking for more $ to cover postage. What was in the listing, plus insurance plus a further international shipping fee as the item was apparently prone to theft. Was grateful that we did eventually the item, but was over a month later. Was contemplating changing back to a smily face, but didn't feel it was appropriate |

| | Yes, all items are in stock at time of listing, yet (very rarely) physical stock is missing or damaged. We're always fair and offered a 100% refund within minutes of finding out. Also, a senior manager made a prompt courtesy call to buyer to ask how he wanted this handled to make sure he received excellent service. Buyer chose discount offered on newer (Pro) version of item. It would be nice if the feedback was a smily face since we provided a better solution than the original one :) |

I didn't choose tracked delivery but there is no reason for it to go astray, everything else sent from Oz has arrived through the Christmas (and non tracked) post. Sent email to enquire whether seller thinks item may still come but got a delivery failure report on that. Disappointed with trade |

| | Personally, I'm very sorry to hear that, but postal manifest proves we did send on time. Likely held up in mail system or post office because sent as DO NOT SAFE DROP. NZ Post had extended delays over Xmas period this year. Buyer refused tracking and insurance, against our written recommendation. We'd love to help more; NZ Post requires a tracking number buyer told us they didn't want. How can we help? |
