| | This hay is advertised as "Top Quality" but it's rubbish. Its mainly Kikuyu (one was all Kikuyu) When I told her she snapped back that her horses eat it. I don't care if your horses smoke it lady, it's still rubbish. I had no horse feed so I had to take some. Her response is also rubbish. She never disclosed the Kikuya. I told her after I had driven miles to pick it up. I had to buy it (1/2 of what I needed) as my horses have no feed. I smelt every bail as the first had fresh urine on it. |

| | I am sorry if you are unhappy with hay. You inspected and smelled every bale. I told you there was a percentage of kikiyu. I have nine horses stabled eating only this hay. Another buyer said the hay was the best he ever had. You are welcome to bring back any bales for replacement or refund. You could have contacted me personally, instead of being so rude. Total Price $35.55. I should not have been asked to pay, via e mail, additional costs for packaging and GST totalling $43.18. I felt legally bound to pay it. I have informed Trade Me support. |
