| | Deceptive marketing, auction clearly states "redeemable with any charter not yet booked with us" this is a bunch of rubbish, it can only be used on a charter over $1100 as i found out when I went to pick up the boat, !! I strongly cant recommend this trader or his auctions |

| | This is confusing. This was explained to you before you won the voucher auction. We have emails with dates to confirm this from you - so when you say you "found out on arrival" are again confusing. All conditions of the voucher are in the auction and are very clear for everyone to read and clearly not "deceptive". We have asked Trade me to look into this. |
