| | no item recevied ive never had any issues with items going missing when sent via nzpost such a shame when it was part of my daughters birthday pressie. wouyld like a full refund an ive had no further emails from you since tuesday?? |

| | Unfortunately this is why we put 'at buyers risk' and not recommended on our auctions, the courier is only $1 extra and should be always be chosen!! We offered another pen to the buyer, even though we are not obliged to, the buyer refused this offer. |

| | mm, half a story doesn't really tell the whole truth! Customer provided a rural address and removed the RD from her address to obtain a cheaper courier cost. Balloons were sent to the half address and were undeliverable as there was not enough freight paid. Agreed with buyer to resend by NZ post. Deleting the RD from your address doesn't move your house closer to a town!! |
