| | The seller is not understanding, unprofessional and rude. We won the auction by mistake and offered to pay for the seller's success fee. Rather than working out some sort of compromise, the seller was forceful and inconsiderate. |

| | I pride myself in my workmanship and customer service. I bent over backwards for this customer, gave him a huge discount to make it affordable for him. He arranged a date for pick up. I Built his custom furniture to have him not show up and not contact me. He would not reply to emails or calls. He eventually set a second date for pick up, then cancelled the order out of the blue. The first bad experience I have had on trade me. Very disappointing. |
