Cute little caravan. Good trade Little disappointed as there is a lot more water damage than we first thought. 

Awning does not fit as Grant from Ohaupo caravan said it would it is to short by 1.2mtr. contact made on Saturday regarding problem and return of awning, Grant said NO REFUND. I have emailed him twice still no contact. I asked the question before purchasing would it fit a Regent 25ft 1996 the answer was YES by Grant. Would NOT recommend this trader he does not stand by his word. Takes your money and shuts the door when there is a problem.
