| | We are disappointed to receive this negative feedback. We informed Glen of the freight costs prior to despatch and he said "wow thats expensive freight"but went ahead anyway. Lets remember this shelving has gone from Hamilton to Queenstown. As it turned out the freight cost us $231 plus GST so in fact we are out of pocket but absorbed the cost difference because we quoted the price. This feedback is totally undeserved and unfair comment. |
