| | After reading the above neutral feedback (the first I new of any problem with the trade), I contacted the purchaser and offered a full refund. The purchaser has decided to keep the shaving mug.
I could not see any repair and try to describe the goods honestly. Sometimes old porcelain has firing faults that can look like repairs. |

| | As this doll was not a perfect specimen - all faults that I could see were detailed in the decription along with photo's of the faults. A low buy now option reflected these faults. Perfect dolls of this type sell for more than twice the buy now option that I was asking for. This person took the buy now option without asking any questions, which I would have been more than happy to answer as accurately as possible. Please check my feedback to see how I trade. |
