I have recently had a rough time with a buyer. They have put slanderous comments up on my feedback. I am currently gathering all my evidence together as I have all the emails. I shouldn't have to do this, but I have little choice because of all the lies. The last straw was being threatened. I love selling jewelry. Most people make it a good experience. I try to bring nice quality items at cheap prices  and I don't make a lot of profit. I have special equipment to check the quality of my jewelry, but the old baddie can slip by unintentionally. If you have a problem with your product, please email me so we can sort it out. If there clearly is a legitimate concern I will refund. This should be a enjoyable experience for both parties.
