We are a small online business run from our home in Waihi and only want happy customers so if you have any problems with your purchase please email us before placing feedback so we can try and sort it out to your satisfaction. I post parcels 4 days a week (mon- thurs). All parcels are sent via TOLL couriers so I need a physical street address and a PHONE NUMBER, NO PO Boxes and we are happy to combine postage where possible but PLEASE let me know if you want to do this, because we cannot control what happens to the parcels once posted we accept no responsibility for damage during transit.We will only refund postage on faulty goods once they have been returned and proven to be faulty. We are also happy for you to pick up your items and browse our collection of goodies while here, just let us know.

Be patient and remember that there was a time when letters would take days or weeks, nobody carried a telephone around all the time, we didn't get upset if you didn't answer a text in the next ten minutes and people used to respect family time and holidays.
