RTB Warranty Terms & Conditions: All items except those listed below are covered with a 2 week warranty. Inform us of any faults within this time period no exception. Faulty items must be returned to us at buyers expense. Repaired or replacement items will be sent back free of charge. Accessories are not covered by warranty including but not limited to, earphones, cables, carry bags etc. We only repair/replace, refund will only be offered if a replacement isn't available, original courier charges and RTB postage are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind. Physical, liquid damage and mishandling, misuse are not covered by the RTB warranty. If the item is tampered with by a third party for example taken in to a repair shop or self repair voids the RTB warranty. Any goods damaged by the courier must be reported in 5 days no exceptions (I can only make a claim within 5 days after delivery). Any goods damaged by the courier must be reported in 5 days no exceptions, As Is with no warranty.
