Please retain your Tax Invoice as proof of purchase as this will be required for MANUFACTURER warranty purposes. Return postage of faulty items is the responsibility of the Buyer no exceptions(RTB Warranty). Returned items found to be faulty due to physical or liquid damage will not be replaced/repaired and will incur a $35.00 processing fee. The warranty will be applied on the manufacturer defect only, not for user's misuse. Courier charges are non refundable in any case.
