Terms: a)We offer 6 months parts replacement warranty for manufactures fault which does not cover 1. Normal Tear/wear 2.courier damage, physical damages by negligent use or misuse, tampering or alteration 3. Unauthorised Repair. b) Buyer pays the shipment to return,we pay for the replacement. If the item is found not to be faulty or the fault was due to misuse all freight charges are on the buyer. c) Shipment fee NOT refundable. d) Every Item has been tested/inspected before shipment. On receiving the item please open and inspect before signing as we accept no responsibility for damaged items if signed for.If found to be damaged take photo and notify courier and us ASAP within 36hrs, We reserves the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame. e)Items must returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes. f)Shipping Quotes include North & South Main Island only excluding Waiheke Island, Chatham Islands and other islands
