| About Me | Terms and Conditions: If you are not happy with your product when you receive it I will happily refund it within 10 days of purchase. Any returned goods must be in the original packaging and in an undamaged condition.
Postage costs are non-refundable and return postage is at the buyers expense. If goods are faulty you must let us know in writing within 2 days of receipt. We will replace the item or refund you if its out of stock. You will need to send it to us and pay for return postage.
We are not responsible for any lost or damage during delivery but we are happy to assist you in making a claim from the Courier company. Once claims are approved we will resend replacement item. This process can take up to 1-2 months. If buyer requests parcel to be
left at front door, back door, mail box etc. buyer is responsible for the lost of goods. If you don't receive goods within 5 days after you paid for the goods, let us know by email otherwise
