Upon receiving a returned faulty item we will replace or repair the product free of charge. Refund may only applies if items are returned in its original condition within 7 days and freight cost(includes packaging, handling and posting) is not refundable and also 15% restocking fee charged. The warranty becomes void if the product has been tampered with, damaged by accident or in any other way by improper use.
