Terms and conditions • By purchasnig an item you are agreeing to these terms and conditions • Every product ships with full 12 months warranty • Please choose wisely because we cannot offer refunds on any purchases if you change your mind • We do offer in studio demonstrations so you can make an informed and no pressure choice for you purchase. Contact us to make a time. • If the goods are faulty, contact us first and we will arrange the return of the item and either repair or ship a new unit. • Any tampering or unauthorised opening or repairs of any items will void your warranty. • If we find an item that has been returned to not be faulty you are liable for all shipping costs and technicians cost at $60hr. • Please make sure you have chosen the correct address, we don't accept any liability for lost goods if no one is home at the time of delivery. • In the event STL Audio agrees to a return there will be a 20% restocking fee
