All items we sell have 12 months RTB warranty, unless stated otherwise. RTB means 'Return-to-Base'. You pay to return, We pay to resend, No exceptions. Shipping is not refundable under any circumstances as it is paid to a THIRD PARTY and not to us. If the product is faulty then you can return it through the post, a replacement will be sent to you or the purchase price will be refunded if a replacement is not available. Replacement item not sent till the returned item is received, inspected & tested. Must be returned in original condition with all packaging. Warranty is void if factory labels are removed, physical damage, dismantling, tampering etc.
