WARRANTY TERMS: All items have 30 days RTB warranty, unless stated otherwise. RTB means 'Return-to-Base'. You pay to return, I pay to resend, No exceptions. (Shipping is not refundable sorry as it is paid to a THIRD PARTY and not to us). (Replacement item not sent till the returned item is received, inspected & tested). Must be returned in original condition with all packaging. (Warranty is void if factory labels are removed, physical damage, dismantling, tampering etc. In addition, there is no refund to all costumes for hygiene purpose.
