I wish that all these sellers who state they take no responsibility for items lost in post would realise that their parcels are covered by their payment for postage and all they need to do is provide proof of postage to NZ Post and they can lodge a claim for the item and the cost of postage from NZ Post I have never had any problem getting reimbursed for lost parcels etc NB I mainly post items on a Tuesday or Wednesday providing payment has been received Saving |
