We are located in Waiuku, Auckland open Monday to Friday 9 AM- 4PM.(Closed weekends, public holidays and statutory days) Payment for auctions is expected within 5 working days, if no payment/contact is made within that time, we will relist item/s for sale. We have a 7 day return to base warranty on most of our items (stated on auctions) So if an item fails for some reason within 7 days of purchase, we will fix, offer a replacement, or a refund if no replacement is available. Any returns after the 7 days may incur a charge. Return postage is non refundable. We do not have a "change of mind" policy in place so please be sure before you bid. We do not supply any discs or software. If you are installing your own operating system, please be sure to download and install the appropriate drivers required. Laptop batteries have no warranty.
