| Super fast, stress free repair service. Was great that GHD's could be repaired rather than going to landfill like so many other modern appliances. $75 was well worth paying and they arrived back in a couple of days. Good communication via email made everything easy. Thanks jb |

After fast and clear communication to discuss the problem and price, I sent my broken Cloud Nine straighteners to be repaired, they were fixed and returned within days, carefully packaged and with a nice new heat protective bag. | Super fast and professional. I dropped my GHD off on Tuesday night and it was delivered back to my house on Thursday afternoon working better than ever. Was also surprised that when I opened the package, it was wrapped safely in bubble wrap and in a new heat resistant pouch.
