 | The bouncy castle was fantastic, however the face to face customer service was terrible. No hello or introduction but came straight through onto the property to set up with no communication - same thing happened on pick up. Rang to explain this but they hung up on me! I would recommend they put a bit more effort into customer service, a smile and a friendly hello goes a long way! | | | Rachel: In the 9 years of business this lady is the rudest we have ever come across. We turned up knocked on the door and an older gentleman answered, lovely man. Introduced ourselves and said that we were there to set up the castle for them. The gentleman asked me to go straight into the back garden to set up. We commenced to set up the castle and explained about what to do if it rained. On pick up we knocked on the door but no one answered that's why we went round into the garden. Don't trade with her | | |
