 | This place is an utter joke. Bought a ipad2 digitizer & it clearly has glue runs through one corner and they are refusing a refund. Have had to order elsewhere as they won't replace until item is returned & I have a customer waiting. Their quality control must be that of a 5 year old as they reckon everything is checked thoroughly before sending. What a joke. Am seeking legal advise regarding this as customer service is also poor. Somehow I think they know some items are defect but still send. |
