| the guys were very good and fair priced when i came to reparing my broken laptop much cheaper than the company in hastings is, and are very quick and were willing to repair and hold on to my laptop until i could find the money to pay them at no exrta charge, will be using them again |
| Harry and the guys are simply fantastic. My MacBook graphics chip failed exactly when everyone is away on holiday. I txt Harry and got an answer straight away (he was on holiday! - sorry Harry ;). It gets better ... they rented me a replacement Macbook (whew!), got the graphics fixed, and upgraded the RAM in mine while they had it there. These guys know their stuff, they're polite, unflappable and customer focused. I can't say enough about them, except that my Mac is better than before! Thanks. |
| You an not reasonably fault these guys at all. Wife cooked her laptop Harry and team fixed it and made it better than before for less cost than the last guys who just reloaded software and fixed nothing! I unreservedly recommend Harry and team! This morning I had a problem, so I called him - instead of getting me to send the Macbook back he talked me through fixing the problem on the spot ... and wouldn't take any payment! You wouldn't get this service from anyone else. Harry - you're amazing and your feedback is testament to this. I wouldn't shop anywhere else - ever! |

Has helped resolve a potential major issue /calamity with my iMac ( purchased elsewhere ) quickly and economically and in this case they have not benefited at all financially .
