| Not happy. I contacted them by phone a few weeks ago about a 3-piece binder set for Janome CoverPro, but was asked to send the inquiry by email. Send an email but never got any response. Waited and waited, and ended up up purchasing components from 2 different places: eBay USA (binder) and Janome dealer in Christchurch (plate and presser foot). |
