 | DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER. Ultimate PC have ripped me off. They currently have a returned, faulty Floureon unit. Requested a refund; unit has so many issues. Company has my money and unit and refuses to answer emails.
Don't believe any riposte Ultimate may add to this comment. |  | Im not happy. i bought a DVB-T USB DOGGLE freeview TV Receiver Tuner 27/10/16 and on 03/11/16 finally got a email saying it has been sold and offering a refund I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GUY AND READ ALL HIS FEED BACK BEFORE BIDDING, its same negative feed back said all the time!!!! | | STILL NO REFUND! THIS GUY NOW HAS THE CAMERA AND MY MONEY! HE STILL REFUSES TO REFUND ME FOR A FAULTY PRODUCT! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY! | | DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GUY, CHEAP CHINESE CRAP THAT HE DOES NOT BACK UP.... STILL OWES ME MONEY... After they dried it out they claimed it is not faulty and want to charge me $30 for it plus postage. Totally ignoring the fact that an automotive reverse camera should be weatherproof as they claim and not have any water ingress. Camera was full of water when i sent it to them. Worst customers service ever. dodgy as. Rude and unprofessional. Will take my case further. Do not trade with them ever! | | I was quoted for $350 to fix my laptop. Quite expensive but I said yes to go ahead with it. Only to find out on pick up I was being charged $400 because GST was not included in the quote. Had I known it would cost this much I would not have said not to fix it. Very dishonest and misleading, will not be returning | | hmmm cant say i would be keen to trade again i did get a refund after some effort on my part =/ | | Sorry for delay, been away. Excellent trader, very happy with laptop battery. Arrival of goods was the fastest I've had. Excellent!!! | | Tbh I have used these guys several times but I am not going back. In fairness I can not fault them for their repair work and their prices are good but I find them very lacking in interpersonal skills. Last year I had a computer in for repair and the date kept getting pushed back further and furher and I had to ring them and then when they didn't answer their phone go in. This latest time they will just tinker with my computer for ages while I wait and then tell me to come back later, | | OMG ... I understand that the shop in Onehunga closes at 5.30pm ... these guys just SAVED my backside. I am leaving to present )(using my laptop) in another city tomorrow and Ryan went above and beyond to ensure I had my laptop sorted. Never impatient - never rude - always SO professional ... I'll NEVER go ANYWHERE ELSE to get things sorted - properly in a hurry ... thank you so much - I'm SO IMPRESSSED :) :) :) | | Absolute brilliant guy to deal with, very helpful and trustworthy. They don,t like to give refunds. | | I am very happy with the computer I recently bought off them, very tidy, very fast, I will come back to them in a few days to certifye my copy of Windows 7 as they are asking a very good price. | | I had asked more than 5 pc repair companies for a quote to fix my Samsung Laptop screen and these guys were the cheapest. They did a fantastic job, same day fix and very professional. Thanks again and highly recommended to all cheers. | | |
