Secondly, we get enquiries every day from trademe viewers wanting prices to shift all makes & sizes of pool and billiards tables with 90% of them not going ahead.
The table purchased by one of our staff on Buy Now had no direct reference or any association to your enquiry what so ever and any inference by you to the contrary is totally incorrect and misconstrued |

| | Peter Heald: This is a nonsense, yes the table in question was purchased by our restoration division unbeknown to the service division. Trademe is an open auction site available to all and If the member wished to purchase the table and it was such a great offer , why did he not press the buy now button, as could be done by anyone wanting to buy. |
 | We never said that the table will be locked in, we said it would become difficult for you and hard work.... if we block the way how is our customer suppose to come in. As a business Peter has no professional service quality to deal with his customers. |

 | Arranged pool table hire with this company; atlease month for my new club. finally got an appointment for them to come and view the venue and get the contract signed. But Peter phones and cancels our appointment half and before we were suppose to meet. then he puts business down in south Auckland and has disappointed me very much now I'm stuck and have no pool table for our opening next week. very bad service and communication by this company. very poor at what they promise to deliver. |
