 | We purchased 2 ultimate solar packs from Nev and tested the efficiency. The results are shocking, the 30amp MPPT controller was not able to convert excess voltage into amps as it should (See AA solars web page MPPT vs PWM). Nev made every excuse under the Sun but eventually admitted the problem stating they are very cheap Chinese controllers and exchanged them for a different brand but won't honour any further warranty issues with us!!
Nev continues to sell them.

| | Neville Barrett: This customer takes the cake. At no stage have I ever stated I would not honor any warranties, I have had to involve my lawyer due to his harassments. I have on record that he is not to contact me about anything OTHER than warranty issues. This customer purchased a 24v system and wanted to charge a 12v battery bank, which the controller is not designed to do. I happily exchanged the controller for both packages which he can not dispute. This person is bending the truth to make me look bad. |

Your package left here Friday afternoon. PBT couriers only pick up from us on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Your payment was received by us on the Wednesday and we had everything ready to ship. It wasn't until Friday that we learnt that PBT only pick up from us 3 days a week, because we are semi rural. You should recieve Monday or Tuesday at latest. Sorry for the delay. |
