"HOMEBUSH" is a handcrafted (Canadian-style) log home shell kitset for your section. Built by Natural Log Homes of Geraldine, South Canterbury.
Fabulous, tight fits and finish. 165 sq mtrs of indoor space, two floors. Foundation size is 10.1m x 8.3m; 3 or 4 bedrms, & 1 or 2 bathrms; 1 or 2 living areas. Great indoor-outdoor flow; 2 spacious verndahs (55 sq mtrs), exposed log rafters! 1st-floor balcony from the master bedrm ensuite.
Made of NZ Oregon, handpeeled, hand-fitted. Average log diameter is 360mm. Natural Log Homes (NLH) exports kitsets to USA. This one is staying in NZ. Our home kitsets are built to exceed requirements, and our clients have always got their consents from their local NZ district councils!
This is a log shell kitset only, and it includes 100% of the logs, and does not include land, foundation, joinery, doors, windows, roof, iron, etc. Your builder will "dry in" the shell.
We can arrange delivery, and assembly from Bluff to Kataia. Extra cost for transport and assembly. Taken apart by us for easy transport to you.
NOTE: GST will be added on to the winning bid.
