Bmw 740i 1996

I have for sale a 1996 BMW 740i. It was imported from the UK by myself when I moved here in 2004.

It has been looked after regardless of cost and is still a stunning drive. Dont be put off by the milage. Well cared for examples (which this is) will do 400,000 klms with little trouble.

Milage is 119000 miles, Ive converted that into 190,000klms.

It has the revised M62 engine which is a 4.4 V8 not the earlier M60 which is a 4.0. 286bhp (has been dyno'd with 263 rwhp) and 310lb torque.

The car is fitted with factory sports suspension, 18-way adjustable comfort seats, aircon, cruise control, glass sunroof (factory option), bluetooth phone kit (which mutes the stereo on incoming calls), 8 sensor PDC, full leather interior, sport catalytic convertors, new alloys, new tyres, dipping passenger mirror when in reverse, 35% tints all around, facelift rear lights, clear front and side indicator lenses and Euro plates.

It may be 10 years old but this car is still a dream to drive. The interior is spotless and the car is virtually silent on the open road where the engine is barely ticking over.

You will not find compariable luxury anywhere else and certainly not from Japan!

I bought this car thinking I would have it forever but we have a third child on the way and we really need a wagon.

**** NOTE **** The car will be sold with the alloys shown in the last photo, which themselves are brand new, unless I get a very very good offer for the 18' staggered m-parallels in the other photos.

They are genuine BMW alloys and are worth close to NZD2500 a corner from BMW dealers. The fronts are 8.5 inches wide and the rear 9.5. They currently have tyres that are touch and go for a wof.
