Holden Sandman 1976

1976 HX Holden Sandman. Genuine Sandman in need of a new home.

I bought this to fix for myself but i need to be realistic as i have no time for it and need to make some space in my shed.

It is rusty and needs a lot of work but is very fixable and the bonus is it is very straight and has no windows.

The photos are rubbish at this stage but over the next few days i will drag it out and get some better shots.

The photos are to show the identifiable Sandman/GTS features initially but i will actually be keeping the majority of these parts and THE VAN WILL BE SOLD AS A ROLLING SHELL. The van will come with all its doors and glass and there are numerous parts that will come with it such as;

308 motor in pieces and needing rebuild 4 speed gearbox in unknown condition Brand new inner and outer sills Another panelvan roof and windowless sides for repairs which are good in the areas the original is not. 6 cylinder diff Old B&M shifter And of course its ID Tags which are still mounted to the body and have never been removed.

I will add to the list of parts as i find them and throw them in the back.

I will get photos of the tags and rust etc but it would be best to come and view for yourself.

These vehicles are quite rare now and worth a fair bit in good nick.

Yellow one on Trade me that sold recently went for more than 20k and was shipped straight to oz!
