This is a really unique rocking horse and while it may well be ridable it is intended as a vintage display item for a very special window dressing or for a centre piece in an antique toy collection.
I do not know how old it is but I'd guess back to my youth or maybe my mother & fathers youth or even older and I'm well matured... lol.
It stands taller than a general kiddies rocking horse (which we have for the grand children as in the new pictures) but it is also narrower and likely a little less stable for real use.
It is clearly strong enough to hold a child or a heavy display item, as I have sat on it without issues and I'm also no skinny puppy... lol.
No buy-now offered - just bid and enjoy the challenge.
Will deliver to the Auckland CBD for the price of a coffee - can't imagine shipping it, but will consider it at the winners risk and cost.

I originally assessed it as being wood, but due to it's total cover of paint it may well be some sort of composit - but the composit idea simply comes from what is more likely old style wood fillers around the joins. It appears to be carved rather than molded.
